This company was integrated completely as a part of a capital increase by the two shareholders the Nanoventure N.V. and the holding company of the founder and the sole director Pirmin Muffler.
After selling the shares of SSE GmbH in 2008 to a strategic investor SSE Group N.V. operates as a holding and investment company seeking to build a portfolio of companies in the High-Tech sector.
